Recently i have noticed approx. 9 foreclosure notices in the legal notices of the Weekly newspaper. I am often asked, what affect do these have on the market. This depends on the quantity in a specific market segment/area. However, the concentration of these foreclosure sales are in the resort condo market segment. This was a heavily investor influences segment during the boom time. Now the pendulum is swinging the other way.
